Focus groups

Help us to review different aspects of our service and make sure we meet your needs and expectations by coming along to a residents' focus group.  Focus groups are one off meetings lasting an hour or so, where a small group discusses a particular issue or policy.  All of the meetings are held at our offices in Hightown House, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead (click here for a map).  Refreshments are provided and we are happy to arrange transport for anyone wishing to attend, just let us know in advance.

Thursday 8th December 2011
10.30am - 12.30pm

There will be many topics for discussion at this focus group which will include:

• Under occupation
• Allocations & lettings
• Compensation
• Starter tenancy
• Customer Service strategy

Monday 6th February 2012
2.00pm - 4.00pm

Come along to review how we should respond to reports of anti-social behaviour, the action we should take to resolve disputes, as well as the process we should follow as a last resort.  During this focus group you will cover:

• Anti-social behaviour
• Domestic violence & harassment strategy/policy
