Happy Birthday Haygarth
The next Residents Panel will be held on 9 July from 2pm to 4pm at Hightown House, Hemel Hempstead. We would love you to come along to give us your views on forthcoming proposals. Refreshments are provided, and everyone attending is entered into a free prize draw.
The next Residents Panels will be held on 19 October 2010.
Home Owner Panel
The Home Owner Panel’s next meeting will be announced shortly. This group discuss issues of interest to retirement and general leaseholders as well as shared owners. The agenda will include how service charge accounts and budgets are presented. Please call Lorna Finlayter or Margaret Allen on 01442 292343 if you would like to attend.
Estate Quality Inspections
During the year members of the Housing Team carry out pre-planned inspections of all our estates, click here for the latest schedule. You can join the inspection and give your views about your home and the area in which you live. If you are unable to attend the inspection you can also put any concerns and requests in writing, email or by telephone.
