The Residents' Panel
The next Residents' Panel will be held on 18 April 2011 from 2pm to 4pm at Hightown House, Hemel Hempstead. We would love you to come along to give us your views on forthcoming proposals. Refreshments are provided, and everyone attending is entered into a free prize draw.

Home Owner Panel
If you are a home owner you may be interested in attending the Home Ownership Panel. This group discuss issues of interest to retirement and general leaseholders as well as shared owners. The next meeting is due to look at the process for extending existing leases, while other future meetings will be looking at the presentation of service charge accounts and budgets.
Estate Quality Inspections
During the year members of the Housing Team carry out pre-planned inspections of all our estates, click here for the latest schedule. You can join the inspection and give your views about your home and the area in which you live. If you are unable to attend the inspection you can also put any concerns and requests in writing, email or by telephone.
Focus groups
Help us to review different aspects of our service and make sure we meet your needs and expectations by coming along to a residents’ focus group. Focus groups are one off meetings lasting an hour or so, where a small group discusses a particular issue or policy, click here for forthcoming meetings. All of the meetings are held at our offices in Hightown House, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead (click here for a map). Refreshments are provided and we are happy to arrange transport for anyone wishing to attend, just let us know in advance.
