Our Maintenance Programme

We are committed to maintaining and investing in your homes and communal areas. We aim to deliver improvements to our properties and the environment of our estates to meet the aspirations of current and future residents. To achieve this, we have developed a 2 year schedule of major works and 5 year plan for cyclical decorations. 

These programmes are subject to change but can be used as a guide to when work is likely to be carried out to your home. As the works are planned so far in advance we will inspect the property again prior to the works being ordered, this is to update our records and check the priority and schedule of the works required and ensure that we are using the money we collect from rents wisely.

We are keen to have your input in the decisions affecting the maintenance of your homes; in the preparation for the delivery of major works, we will ask your views and obtain feedback from you before we start work. We also ask you what you think of the completed work as part of our monitoring and improvement processes.

All our estates have regular inspections carried out by your 'estates quality inspector'. These inspections will check that all communal areas are being maintained well and will ensure that any repairs that are needed to communal parts are completed. All residents are welcome to join their estates inspector for their estate inspection, please check when the next inspection is due and call your estates inspector to let them know that you would like to meet them.
