When you place an order for a repair you should receive a Customer Satisfaction form, which can be completed and returned to us once the repair has been carried out, alternatively you can complete the on-line form below.
We use the information you give on these forms to monitor the contractor's performance, and how happy you are with the service we provide. All information will be kept confidential.
