When you place an order for a repair you should receive a Customer Satisfaction form, which can be completed and returned to us once the repair has been carried out.
We use the information you give on these forms to monitor the contractors performance, and how happy our residents are with the service we provide.
Over 90% of our residents are either satisfied or very satisfied with the service provided by the maintenance department.
