Making sure you get a good service

When you place an order for a repair you should receive a Customer Satisfaction form, which can be completed and returned to us once the repair has been carried out, alternatively you can complete the on-line form below.

We use the information you give on these forms to monitor the contractor's performance, and how happy you are with the service we provide. All information will be kept confidential.

Over 95% of our residents are either satisfied or very satisfied with the service provided by the Repairs Team. If you have experienced any problems with the Repairs Team or with our contractors please let us know. You can either call 01442 292301 or email maintenance.services@hpcha.org.uk
