Repairs
The maintenance department aims to provide a cost effective repairs service to all our tenants and leaseholders without compromising standards.
All our staff and contractors will be courteous, helpful, well trained and professional. We will complete at least 90% of repairs on time. We understand how important it is to provide an effective and efficient repairs service to all our tenants and for this reason we aim to complete all repairs in a timely manner.
We rely on you to help us by reporting repairs and letting us in to do them.
