The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is the regulator for social housing, and works with landlords and tenants to improve the standard of service for tenants and residents.
Have you ever wondered how Hightown compares to other landlords in the area? The TSA offers a service on their website to enable tenants to compare the performance of housing associations in their area by simply entering their postcode. Just click here to view the Find and Compare section of their website.
Members of the public are invited to attend the TSA's open Board meetings as observers, giving them the chance to see how the TSA Board operates and discusses key issues of concern to tenants and landlords. Among other things, the agenda includes the performance of the social housing regulator, and how the TSA are working to ensure there is sufficient funding to build new homes.
Anyone interested in attending the open Board meetings can register by email to tsaboardmeeting@tsa.gsx.gov.uk with the subject line “Board Meeting Registration”. Open Board papers will be published on the TSA website (www.tenantservicesauthority.org) the week before the meetings.
Board meetings are usually held at Maple House, 149 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 7BN. Seating is limited and an email confirmation will be sent once a request has been accepted. For dates and times of forthcoming Board meetings click here.
Hightown Praetorian & Churches Housing Association is registered with the TSA (registration number L2179).
