Local Arrangements - Local Offers

Following consultation with residents, Hightown's local arrangements (known by the Tenant Services Authority's as Local Offers) have been published.

The local arrangements / local offers detail how Hightown will involve residents, keep your home in good repair and manage neighbourhoods and communities. They are now available online (see Related Documents on the right). They were originally drafted by the Residents' Panel and take into account the feedback received from you since they were first published in Outlook last year.

These local arrangements will be reviewed every two years by the Residents' Panel.
