Anti Social Behaviour

Everyone has a right to live peacefully in their home and its surroundings. Equally, everyone has a duty to make sure that their behaviour and that of their visitors does not interrupt others' rights to live peacefully in a safe and secure environment. 

Hightown will not tolerate harassment under any circumstances and there are very strict procedures to follow when someone reports such incidents to us. This could ultimately lead to prosecution and/or eviction. 

The type of harassment we will take action against includes:

• Racist graffiti
• Racist abuse 
• Abusive literature sent through the post
• Wilful damage to property
• Physical attack

All reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) and harassment are treated very seriously. We will take action if harassment is directed by a tenant against another tenant, their household, visitors or any member, contractor or authorised representative Hightown. We will investigate all reports of anti-social behaviour and take appropriate action.
