Description:
The role of the Services Manager is to oversee quality, compliance and performance of the services they are directly responsible for. As a direct line of contact for the Managers working in services the Services Manager will be a resource for day to day support and advice as well as working to achieve long term outcomes for the services and to develop new opportunities in their area. This role is key to ensuring that services are strategically relevant and that they meet the demands of our customers
