Residents move into refurbished apartments

A number of residents have moved back into their homes in St Albans following a refurbishment by HPCHA.
A mixture of bed sits and apartments in Britton Avenue, St Albans have been transformed into six 1-bedroom apartments.
Five of the refurbished apartments are occupied by previous residents of the address who were given temporary accommodation during the refurbishment.
