  •    A call system in every home which connects you to our Out of Hours Call Centre if an emergency occurs when the Scheme Manager is not on duty
  •    Laundry with washing machine and drier for the exclusive use of residents
  •    Repairs service provided by Hightown for communal areas
  •    Pleasant gardens, maintained by Hightown
  •    Concessionary TV licence
  •    Neighbours of a similar age who may have the same interests and expectations as you
  •    Organised social activities

We have schemes at:

If you are interested in buying a property at one of these retirement leasehold schemes, contact our Home Ownership team on 01442 292343 or email home.ownership@hpcha.org.uk - they will be able to tell you if any are currently for sale, or you can visit local estate agents.

Renting
