Hightown lets most of its properties through local authority Choice-Based Lettings schemes, so you will need to register with the Council where you want to live to be offered a property, either by Hightown or any other housing association or Council.

Once you are registered you will receive details from the Council of how to use its Choice-Based Lettings scheme.

If your bid for a Hightown home is successful, you will be offered a starter tenancy.
