- Renting - most of Hightown’s rented accommodation is accessed through local authority housing services
- Renting while saving - If you are looking to purchase a property in the next five years, our Intermediate Rent scheme offers homes at a rent normally 20 – 30% lower than you would expect to pay for a similar home in a comparable location, to help you save for a deposit.
- Shared ownership – Get your foot on the property ladder with part buying/part renting your new home. Your total costs of rent and mortgage payments will be lower than the cost of buying the same property outright.
- Housing for older people – a home of your own designed and managed for people over 55
- Care and Supported Housing - We have a range of care and supported housing schemes supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, young people, single people, a women's refuge, and the Open Door emergency nightshelter
