Looking for a Home

Are you looking for a new home? 

Rented Housing

We provide housing for rent in many areas, mainly in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. In most cases properties are let to nominations from the local authority. To be allocated one of these properties you need to be on your local council Housing Register. However we do keep waiting lists for a few schemes. Currently these are: 

Sheltered Housing (over 55's) – St Albans

These are allocated on the basis of need, using a points system. If you would like an application form, or would like to discuss your options further, contact us on 01442 292300, or email housing.services@hpcha.org.uk

Shared Ownership Housing

If you are working, or have a lump sum available, you may be able to buy a shared ownership property – sometimes known as ‘part rent, part buy’. Click here to go to our shared ownership website.

Retirement Leasehold Housing

If you are interested in buying a property at one of our retirement leasehold schemes, contact the Scheme Manager at the development. They will be able to tell you if any are currently for sale, or you can visit local estate agents. We have schemes at:
