The HSA Plan pays benefits in cash to help financially with the cost of family healthcare, even if your hospital treatment is free on the NHS. HSA pay cash for Dental, Optical and Maternity care benefits. They also pay cover for appointments with a specialist physician, physiotherapist, and chiropodist, for hospital care benefits and extra care benefits such as a convalescent home
