What our service users think
Hightown is committed to making sure that the homes and services we provide meet your needs, and develop in line with your expectations. By working with service users and involving them in every aspect of what we do, service users are able to influence decisions and take part in what is happening.
We regularly send out postal questionnaires to find out what you and support staff think about our services, and to test how well a specific service is working. We analyse the information that you give us and use this feedback to improve service and plan our future activities.
