We have now moved to our temporary night shelter accommodation in St Albans, to enable the works to take place at Brickett Road.
Whilst in the temporary accommodation we will no longer be able to accept direct access clients. All clients will need to be referred by 5.00pm. Click here to download full details of the referral procedure, and click here to download a referral form.
If you have any comments or concerns about this referral procedure, please do not hesitate to contact Alyson Stapleton on 01727 859113 or email her at alyson.stapleton@hpcha.org.uk
All referral agencies will be advised on a daily basis of how many vacant beds are available. If you would like to receive this notification then please contact Valerie Wills on 07525 902703 or email her at Valerie.wills@hpcha.org.uk
Day Service Facilities
Unfortunately, from the 24 June 2009, Open Door will be unable to offer full day service facilities. Night shelter clients will be offered individual resettlement appointments with our Day Service staff at our offices in St Albans.
Normal service should be resumed once we move back into the redeveloped building on Brickett Road, which we hope will be February/March 2010.
