Supporting people with mental health issues

Supporting people with mental health issues

Hightown is a well established provider of support to people with mental health issues, both in the community and living in our own supported housing schemes. Our services are focused on you with the aim of enabling you to get the most out of life.

What we can offer you

We provide support on a one-to-one basis, to help you to live as independently as you want. All our services are person centred and the support we offer is tailored to your individual needs.

We are able to provide flexible support, from just a couple of hours each week to 24-hour support. For example this may include:
  • support to manage your mental health
  • practical assistance with daily living such as shopping, healthy eating and budgeting
  • help to access education, leisure, and employment opportunities within the community

We will adapt the wide range of high quality services we have available to meet your specific needs, helping you to achieve your full potential and recover a better quality of life. As your mental health needs and aspirations change over time, so the support we offer will change with you.
