We provide housing, care and support for people suffering from mental health problems.
residents throughout Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire who wish to live independently, but require help on a regular basis. In line with individual needs, different levels of support are offered.
In some properties staff are located in a flat nearby to provide 24-hour support in emergencies. Each resident holds a tenancy, usually on their own flat. We support each person to sustain their tenancy and provide support in many other areas of their lives (finances, benefits, domestic, health, personal/social, religious & cultural, community, accessing employment services etc).
We also provide high-support services including 4 registered care homes. These services offer 24-hour support to people who need support in many areas of their lives. We aim to develop each persons skills and autonomy, and are responsive to their needs and wishes.
Within each home, each resident has their own bedroom and share a kitchen, lounge, dining area, bathroom, garden and laundry facilities. Residents are encouraged to bring their own belongings when they move wherever possible, providing they meet Health and Safety Regulations.
Visitors are welcome subject to the wishes of the resident. Advocates represent and support the individual at their meetings if requested by the resident concerned.
